Decluttering is about deciding what to keep. In-home organizing is about what happens next — building systems for the items you're keeping so everything has a logical, accessible home. Many clients do both in sequence.
Do I need to buy bins and storage products beforehand?
No — our team arrives with commonly used supplies. For larger projects requiring custom storage solutions, we offer a shopping and sourcing add-on so you're not spending time researching products on your own.
How many sessions will I need?
We provide an estimate after your free virtual consultation. Once we're in your space, we'll confirm the scope and adjust as needed. All projects begin with a minimum booking, and we'll build a plan from there.
Will I need to be home the whole time?
You'll want to be present early on so we can understand your preferences and make key decisions together. After that, we're flexible — we can keep working while you get on with your day.
How do I maintain the systems after you leave?
We build every system with maintenance in mind and walk you through how it works before we leave. For ongoing support, monthly and quarterly maintenance programs are available at a discounted rate.
