FAQs
Do you offer packing-only services?
No — packing is part of a full move management engagement, not a standalone service. Every move we manage begins with decluttering so you're only packing and moving what you actually want in your new home. This approach saves time, reduces moving costs, and ensures your new space starts organized.
How far in advance should I book?
As early as possible — especially for full-service and concierge engagements. Move management requires an in-person consultation and custom planning, so we recommend reaching out at least 4–6 weeks before your move date.
Do you work with the moving company, or do I need to coordinate that separately?
We act as the single point of contact for your move if desired — including movers, cleaners, donation services, and any other vendors. Coordinating with your moving company is part of the Full-Service package.
What if I'm moving out of the DC Metro area?
We manage the full departure side — decluttering, packing, vendor coordination, and clearing your current home. For unpacking and setup in your new location, reach out and we'll discuss options based on distance.
Can I add services after booking?
Yes — add-ons can be incorporated at any point before or during your move. We build your package around your needs and adjust as the project evolves.
What areas do you serve?
We serve the DC Metro area including Montgomery County, Bethesda, Rockville, Silver Spring, Potomac, Chevy Chase, Columbia, Arlington, and Tysons Corner. Out-of-area moves are considered on a case-by-case basis.
